Imagine being viciously attacked by your co-worker and a supervisor for trying to do the right thing? When that happened to one local man, he contacted me. I filed suit against the owner of the restaurant, Florida Pop, LLC, claiming that management not only knew about the danger one of the attackers posed, but that its management team enabled the attack.
While the victim remains in pain, the owner continues to defend its inexcusable behavior. That's why it is absolutely critical to have an experienced, determined, and unafraid attorney like me on your side!
